Having tried around 30 or so balms, this has to be the smoothest, softest or creamiest balm I've used. Easily melts in palm of hand, making it easy to apply evenly. I'm a fan of citrus type scents and this is very pleasant; maybe needs a bit more oomph on citrus side though I know citrus scents in everything are short lived. I would readily buy this again, and until then, I'll try other Urban Gent balms.
